Panpacific University North Philippines (PUNP) (also called Panpacific University), formerly Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology (PCST), is a private educational institution established by Dr. Romeo T. Padilla and started its operations in 1993. It currently has two campuses in the province of Pangasinan, one in Urdaneta City and another school based in Tayug.
Dubbed as the "Total University in the Pan-Pacific Rim", Panpacific University is an example of an institution that values academic excellence. Up to this day, this school continues to provide quality, research-oriented education to its students, supplying them with the knowledge that they can apply to grow into successful professionals ready to serve the people.

- Its Secondary Education, Criminology and Business Administration programs have Level II Re-accredited status granted by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).
- PUNP is the only university in Urdaneta City that has an ISO 9001:2008 certification awarded by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
